Powerful patches that allow you to get a restful sleep. Great blend of ingredients. These do not cause nightmares for me and I do not wake up nearly at all. They gently make you drowsy and work for about 8 hours. No grogginess either. A plus in my book.

I treat this product with respect. After two nights of using it full strength, I felt I slept "too deeply" the second night. Since then, I cut them in half and still sleep like a log.
